A power packed smoothie to aid you with weight loss.
It is a cross between a juice and a smoothie, so you get many of the healing benefits.

Cucumber and avocado smoothie:
½ cup lemon juice
1 cup spinach loosely packed
1/2 cup parsley loosely packed
1/3 cup of fresh mint loosely packed
1 green apple cored and peeled
3 ribs celery
1 cucumber
1 avocado
