Black Seed – ‘The Remedy For Everything But Death’

black cumin seedBlack seed is a potent seed that heals the chemical weapon poisoned body, kills MRSA, stimulates regeneration of dying beta cells within the diabetic’s pancreas, and yet very few people know about it.

Nigella Sativa, have been prized for their healing properties since time immemorial.  While frequently referred to among English-speaking cultures as Roman coriander, black sesame, black cumin, black caraway and onion seed, it is known today primarily as black seed, which is at the very least an accurate description of its physical appearance.

The earliest record of its cultivation and use come from ancient Egypt. Approximately 3,300 years back, black seed oil was found in Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun tomb. Plus, black seed is known as Habbatul barakah which means “seed of blessing” in Arabic culture. It is also believed that the Islamic prophet Mohammed PBUH said of it that it is “a remedy for all diseases except death.”

There are over 40 health conditions that may be benefited from the use of this seed, few of them include:

  • Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha Inhibitor
  • Anti-Ulcer
  • Analgesic (Pain-Killing)
  • Anti-Inflammatory
  • Anti-Cholinergic
  • Anti-Bacterial
  • Anti-Fungal
  • Antioxidant
  • Ant-Hypertensive
  • Antispasmodic
  • Bronchodilator
  • Antiviral
  • Gluconeogenesis Inhibitor (Anti-Diabetic)
  • Hypotensive
  • Hepatoprotective (Liver Protecting)
  • Insulin Sensitizing
  • Leukotriene Antagonist
  • Interferon Inducer
  • Renoprotective (Kidney Protecting)

Black seed has been researched for very specific health conditions. Some of the most compelling applications include:

  • Type 2 Diabetes:  Intake of two grams of black seed daily led to an increased betacell function, decreased insulin resistance, and reduced fasting glucose in participants.
  • Epilepsy: Black seeds were traditionally known to have anticonvulsive properties. A 2007 study with epileptic children, whose condition was refractory to conventional drug treatment, found that a water extract significantly reduced seizure activity.
  •  High Blood pressure: The daily use of 100 and 200 mg of black seed extract, twice daily, for 2 months, was found to have a blood pressure-lowering effect in patients with mild hypertension.
  • Asthma: Thymoquinone, one of the main active constituents within Nigella sativa (black cumin), is superior to the drug fluticasone in an animal model of asthma. Another study, this time in human subjects, proved that extract of black seed in boiled water had relatively potent antiasthmatic effect on asthmatic patient’s airways.
  • Serious tonsillopharyngitis: Black seed capsules helped reduce the viral of bad throat significantly; it also elevated pain, and reduced the need for painkillers.
  •  Chemical Weapons Injury: A randomized, placebo-controlled human study of chemical weapons injured patients found that boiled water extracts of black seed reduced respiratory symptoms, chest wheezing, and pulmonary function test values, as well as reduced the need for drug treatment.
  • Colon Cancer: Cell studies have shown that it is important in the suppression of colon cancer growth, but with a far higher safety profile. Animal research has found that black seed oil has significant inhibitory effects against colon cancer in rats, without observable side effects.
  • Addiction/Withdrawal of Opiate: Research proved that opioid dependence pf 35 opiate addicts determined that it could be treated by black seed therapy.
  • MRSA (methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus): Black seed has anti-bacterial activity against clinical isolates of MRSA.

Goji Berry: The Stem Cell Stimulant

Did you know….goji berries can rejuvenate your internal repair system by boosting stem cell function?

goji berries

Goji berry, also known as the Chinese wolfberry, has been used for over 5000 years, in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).  This superb healer, raisin-like, shriveled berries grow in the Himalayas in Tibet, Mangolia, and China (mainly in the Ningxia Autonomous Region of China).

Goji berries are rich in protein, 18 amino acids ( 8 of them are essential for life), 22 trace minerals, and they have more carotenoids than carrots!, vitamin B1, B2, B6, vitamin C and E. They high oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC), which measures the antioxidant levels of food, making it a true champion.

Goji berries have been proven for use as a….

The available, current research has earned it the STEM CELL STIMULANT property!

Why We Need Healthy Stem Cells

Stem cells are integral to your body’s ability to repair itself.  They can divide without limit and either form new stem cells or morph into specialized cells like muscle cells and brain cells.  You can enhance stem cell function in a number of ways.

Such as keeping yourself active helps to turn your stem cells into cartilage and bone cells.  It is beneficial to avoid, over the counter-prescription drugs, turn to healthy diet, as it is the ultimate manipulator of boosting stem cell activity. Stay away from calories and sugar for a start, and I would recommend you to have goji berries, as they increase stem cells exponentially.

The Stem Cell Stimulant

Researcher in China, have found that, goji berries supplementation to the diet, proliferated stem cell and other monocytes (they are kind of white blood cell good for your immune function)  in bone marrow.

According to a different study, published in the Journal of Translational Medicine proves that goji berries might increase blood circulation of endothelial progenitor cells and hematopoietic stem cells that help to repair blood vessels.

It was confirmed that goji berries in combination of other immune-enhancing nutrients, could help treat Alzheimer’s disease and other conditions that were affected due to decrease in stem cells.

Stroke, Niacin

Stroke: Prevented by Niacin

Stroke

Stroke damages caused to the neurological functions of your body, could be improved by a simple water-soluble vitamin, niacin, vitamin B3. Association, it is the third-leading cause of death in America and a leading cause of disability. According to 2008 statistics of International Conference, published in USA Today, was found that these  has tripled in middle-aged women, and seizure risk in middle-aged men remained unchanged.

Stroke: What Causes It?

Strokes (which are sometimes referred to as “brain attacks”) occur when the blood supply to your brain becomes blocked orse reduced. This deprives your brain of necessary oxygen and nutrients, causing your brain cells to begin to die within minutes.

The reason why it can be so devastating is that they often occur without warning, and the longer your brain goes without oxygen, the greater your risk of lasting damage. This is one area where emergency medicine excels, as there are emergency medications that can dissolve a blood clot that is blocking blood flow to your brain.

In order to be effective, however, you typically need to get help within one hour. So if you notice any of these signs of stroke, you should get help right away:

  •  Sudden severe headache
  • Sudden trouble walking (loss of balance, dizziness etc.)
  • Sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of your body only)
  • Sudden confusion
  • Sudden trouble seeing

Based on the latest research in Science Daily, it was reported that niacin vit-B3 could potentially be helpful in your neurological recovery after you’ve experienced a seizure.

Stroke: Vitamin B3 May Help it’s Victims by Improving Cholesterol Levels

The most common type of seizure is called “ischemic stroke,” which results from an obstruction in a blood vessel supplying blood to your brain. Cholesterol deposits are typically the main culprit for this kind of obstruction, which could explain niacin’s potential as a remedy.

Niacin increases HDL cholesterol and overall have a positive results on cholesterol levels. Previous study in this area found that use of niacin in patients who didn’t have diabetes:

  •  Decreased LDL cholesterol by 8 percent
  •  Decreased triglycerides by 23 percent
  • Increased HDL cholesterol by 30 percent

But, if you’re eating a well-balanced, mostly organic diet, exercising regularly, and still have problems with your cholesterol, niacin would certainly be a far less expensive and safer alternative to cholesterol-lowering drugs, which can wreak havoc on your health.

Precautions

There are several precautions that you need to implement to prevent stroke, though, when using niacin. Niacin usually has a flush associated with it that is very similar to the hot flashes women get during menopause. Many long-acting versions have been made available to avoid this bothersome side effect.

The problem with most timed-release niacin is that they are associated with a high degree of hepatitis. This is one reason why I would not rush to get any slow-release niacin drug they may bring to market in the future as a result of this research.

However, inositol hexaniacinate (a sustained-release version of niacin) is not associated with flushing and hepatitis.

Vitamin B3 is naturally present in:

Although nutritional supplements are typically FAR safer than any pharmaceutical drug, they can still cause problems for some, which is why your best bet is always to try to get your nutrients from FOOD first, before you add supplements.

Meat is one of the best sources of niacin.

But, as I’ve stressed before, I do NOT advocate consumption of conventionally-raised meats. Go for organically-raised, grass-fed beef. Did you know that our body also manufacture niacin from the tryptophan (an essential amino acid). Beef contains niacin as well as tryptophan.

Other dietary sources of tryptophan-rich foods are:

  •   Legumes
  •   Raw milk cheese
  •    Organic, free-range eggs
  •    Nuts
  •    Free-range, organic chicken
  •     Organically-raised turkey

Please Head this Caution about Supplementation

Niacin could have side effects in diabetic as it affects glucose intolerance, as reported by past research. Plus, it is not the right way to address stroke problem, which is related to lifestyle issues such as exercise and diet. The benefit of following the more comprehensive approach along with niacin (who can take it) is that it will address nearly every chronic degenerative disease,  and provide you with more vitality, strength and energy to enjoy life.  I’ve listed other specific lifestyle changes below that will also reduce your risk of not only seizure, but other diseases as well.

How to Prevent It

Going back to the ultimate treatment of it, which is really prevention, its relief to know that it can reduce up to 80 percent . Things that increase your stroke risk are same as to the things that increase heart risk, which are as following:

  • High blood pressure
  • Obesity
  • Smoking
  • Elevated homocysteine levels and high triglycerides levels
  • High levels of LDL and low levels of HDL

So will exercising, eating natural, unprocessed foods and healthy weight could reduce your it’s risk?

Absolutely.

You can also try EFT/MTT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Meridian Tapping Technique), to release the past stresses in your life to avoid stroke along with intake of niacin as a natural and potent remedy. Please always consult your physican before taking any measures about your health.

The Real Causes of Migraine and The Natural Cure

MigraineMigraine is a serious problem and millions of dollars are spent on its health care. The questions is not ” How to treat migraine?” rather it is “What is causing migraine?”

My take on migraine:

The basic causes behind migraine are as followings

1. Gluten allergy: It is a special type of food allergy that causes lots of inflammation. As many people are sensitive to gluten (a protein) present in wheat, oats, barley, spelt and rye.

2. Food sensitivity: like diary, egg or peanut allergy. Which can occur and stop with simple inclusion or exclusion of the irritant.

3. Hormonal imbalances: migraine can be caused by imbalance of progesterone and estrogen—which can be triggered by stress, excessive consumption of starches, flour, sugar, and alcohol etc, and also due to lack of exercise and good sleep.

4. Melatonin imbalance: Latest studies have found that it can be linked to the poor sleep-cycle, which can be improved by melatonin.

5. Vitamin B deficiency: People who are deficient of riboflavin usually get migraines.

6. Massive magnesium (relaxation mineral) deficiency: It could trigger migraine and higher dose of magnesium could help it to treat.

So, remember not all migraines are caused by same reasons. To find what is causing your migraine, below are given some pointers for better identification and elimination of it.

1. Go for an elimination diet: Stay away from the food allergens.

2. Take magnesium. Go for 300 to 600 milligrams of magnesium glycinate, twice daily.

3. Get vitamin B2 (riboflavin): Take 400 milligrams daily. It will turn your urine yellow but don’t worry about it.

4. Balance hormones: To prevent premenstrual migraines, do exercise and cut sugar, alcohol, and caffeine, and take more plant based diet, especially from broccoli family, tofu and flax seeds as well as fruits and vegetables.

5. Take melatonin: It is proven to cure migraine. Take 1 or 2 milligrams at night.

Above listed are some of my suggestions on migraine which can be done at home to fix migraine, for more follow my blog and you can also visit my E clinic for further assistance.
